Worksheet entries

The current tool calculates in your browser. It does not upload product codes, quantities or backup files to us. Save uses this browser’s local storage; export creates a file on your device. Full backups include all saved count copies, source descriptions and review notes; reviewed text exports include the chosen copy’s context and notes. Other people with access to your browser profile may be able to see locally saved data.

Mapping profiles

Saved profiles contain a name and selected source header labels, not CSV rows or quantities. They use a separate browser store and separate downloadable backup. Worksheet/count backups do not include profiles. Names and labels may contain personal details you entered; review them before sharing a profile backup.

Website delivery

The hosting provider processes normal website requests, including network information such as IP addresses, to deliver the site. This version includes no third-party advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies.

Your controls

You can use the worksheet without saving. To remove a saved worksheet, clear site data for this domain in your browser settings. Download a backup first if you want to retain it. Deleting browser data does not delete files you previously downloaded.

Product scope

No account, payment collection or inventory-platform connection is included. If future features change data handling, this page will describe the change.

Full version 3 backups include private investigation notes and source-bound decision history. Decision reports omit private notes and source context, but include your reason and quantities. No adjustment is sent to another system. Download unreadable stored data before deliberately replacing it.
